What is your favorite style of pizza? St. Louis Style, Chicago, Hand tossed, Thin crust, etc.

St Louis style is thin crisp crust a sweet and tangy style pizza sauce and most importantly provolone cheese. if you are ever in the STL you have got to check out Imo's pizza.

Thin crust cooked in a coal oven! If you are ever in Council Bluffs, Iowa ... highly unlikely ... Check out Pizza King on East Broadway. Amazing "House Special" with homemde sausage, green olives, red onions and topped with layers of mozzarella cheese. The crust there is so good, gives it that one of a kind place touch.

I have to say there are only 2 styles.  Chicago and NY.  and IMO Chicago is the only way to go!!!!  where else can you get a pizza that has a HUGE sausage patty in it!!!!  enough said! lol

Deep-dish, Chicago-style ... always! There's something about having to eat your pizza with a fork-and-knife that I just love. (My fave on the West Coast is Zachary's ... delish!)

I still prefer a thin crust, but if I'm goin deep dish it's gotta be a true "stuffed pizza" crammed with meat, sauce, veggies, and cheese. Then cut and served once it has cooled down and set up. One 14 inch stuffed pizza should be able to feed about 8 people and everyone leaves the table full.
