Posted 8 months ago Thin crust cooked in a coal oven! If you are ever in Council Bluffs, Iowa ... highly unlikely ... Check out Pizza King on East Broadway. Amazing "House Special" with homemde sausage, green olives, red onions and topped with layers of mozzarella cheese. The crust there is so good, gives it that one of a kind place touch.

Posted 8 months ago Deep-dish, Chicago-style ... always! There's something about having to eat your pizza with a fork-and-knife that I just love. (My fave on the West Coast is Zachary's ... delish!)

Posted 8 months ago I still prefer a thin crust, but if I'm goin deep dish it's gotta be a true "stuffed pizza" crammed with meat, sauce, veggies, and cheese. Then cut and served once it has cooled down and set up. One 14 inch stuffed pizza should be able to feed about 8 people and everyone leaves the table full.
