 Chef Bowser Offers Up Delicious Noontime Treats

BAM!” shouted Chef Gerald Bowser at the Newburgh Senior Center.

Clad in a chef’s hat and apron, Chef Gerald demonstrated his cooking techniques a la Food Channel for the seniors.

The Chef shared not only his passion for food, but also his famous recipe for Potato Cheese Casserole as he went through every step to share his culinary secrets.

Having already baked his casserole the night before, the seniors were able to indulge in his dish within moments of the completion of his

Chef Bowser’s signature dish, served with meatballs and corn, was a gastronomic feast.

Within minutes of answering questions, as well as receiving deserving kudos, Chef Gerald removed his hat and apron to head to his next job as Maintenance Supervisor for the Town of Newburgh.

Bowser does the work of three men and can always be seen around town making sure all of the town’s buildings are maintained in tip top condition.

Even though he is under serious time constraints, if you see him and have an opportunity to do a shout-out, try “Bowser, what’s cooking?”
