    Sounds like a good book i will check it out, i love expanding my culinary knowledge in any way possible. One of my favorites books believe it or not is the escoffier cookbook, i love taking the old french ways and turning them into nouvelle cuisine.

    Sounds like it might be an interesting book, although after living in the southwest for a while I can't even stand the thought of chipotle. Everyone seems to think it is the greatest thing since sliced bread and I just think it makes things taste burned. Anyway maybe I'll check the book out.If you like Mexican food let me know I have some great recipes.
