HELLO JANE..YES I'M THINKING ABOUT THAT, IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY DESIRE TO GRAB THAT COURSE, CULINARY ARTS...ONE OF MY HOBBIES IS COOKING, SO THAT I WANT TO TAKE STUDY FOR CULINARY ARTS...BUT IT WAS TO EXPENSIVE TO SPEND WITH THIS PROGRAM, WHICH I CAN'T AFFORD. A FOOD TECHNOLOGIST IS A PERSON WHO DEVELOPS, INNOVATE, & INVENT FOODS. THEY DO SOME RESEARCH ON HOW TO ASSURE THE SAFETY OF FOODS, WHY FOODS SPOILED (WHAT ARE THE MICROORGANISMS THAT ARE RESPONSIBLE ON THE SPOILAGE), DO BENCHMARKING, DO SOME SURVEY ON WHAT ARE THE CURRENT TRENDS OF FOOD, ETC...A FOOD TECHNOLOGIST CAN BE IN QUALITY CONTROL , QUALITY ASSURANCE, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT.
