Hi Jacky,
I teach a course called Food Glorious Food, which is about foodies, farmer's maket, and handmade food Renaissance. How we market food, and how the new technologies, like social networks, FB, Twitter etc. are changing the way we think of the industry and farmer's markets etc. I am part of the Teaching With Blogs Professional Development group in the Communications Department, but my mothership is the English Department. The course will also talk about the literary subject of food in prose and poetry and even in the bible. I have another blog in developement called, The Edible Arts: Food in Literature, Art and Film.

heloo mis jacky ...i would just like to ask about the scholarship that your company is offering....ami aplicable to that even if i am from the philipines?i tried to sign up in the aplication that you sent to my email but i cant continue to it because theres no philipines in your choices country....im willing to apply for that scholarships .....i love to continue my desire to be achef...can you help me please,miss jacky....

hello miss jacky...thanks for adding me as a friend...im fine i hope you too...im glad to be your friend.....im trying so hard to be a chef...hahaha....i was a student but now i stooped because i have to find work so that i could support my study and continue my dream to be a good chef and work in states....or anywhere....hope god would always bless me and my hearts desire...

I love it as well. The Castro Market is turning out to be great. You can only imagine how crazy the opening was... Happy Boy is wonderful. I tried your link to OmniEater above and it seems to be broken. I'd love to read some of your articles.

We're at JLS Sundays from 10am-2pm. A full list of our producers is listed here: http://www.pcfma.com/marketproducers.php?market_id=5 . We're not nearly as large as that market, but it means we're much quiter and we tend to be cheaper so it can be pretty nice. Let me know if you plan on coming, or just stop by.

The Bakery is known for there breads and cakes. We have a variety of both. I'm decorating cakes, I chose to docorate because it was a weakness I had, now I'm better and I'm still learning and Publix will eventually send me back to there School to learn more with different decorating techniques and to work with the ever dreaded Fondant. Which I like to decorate with.
