Looking for work again! I suppose the fact that my coworkers were less experienced than I am should have been a clue as to the level of professionalism I would find. Oh well. I just want to work with people who are passionate about it! Is it too much to ask for that I can learn from them as well? I suppose what I'm really looking for is a mentor.

Of course I accepted your friend request! You seem very nice. Newtown Tavern cooks simple American food. We cut our own meats, and are known for our ribs. Unfortunately, I'm not with them any more. My best prospects right now are a French fine dining establishment (which also does pub food with a Southern accent) and a British pub. I've done both, and would enjoy either one.
